Diamond R Homes turns your future plans into a special home. We understand you have been planning your dream home for years. Diamond R Homes will build your new home on a lot or land you currently own or we can help you locate and select the perfect lot. It is our policy that the only limitations at Diamond R Homes is your check book and your creativity, giving you the opportunity to capture a style inspired by your own vision. Luxury, quality, innovative home design, exquisite finish out and each buyers delight are enjoyed by every customer as we build that dream home on your lot. We offer custom floor plans from 2,100 to more than 6,000 sq. feet for homes from the $200s to over $1 million.

Getting Started

Throughout the entire process, Diamond R Homes knowledgeable and experienced professionals will be on hand to guide you through the development, construction and final details of bringing your dream home on your own land to life. Steps include:

  • Designing the floor plan that best meets your personal needs, with help from Diamond R Homes and one of our outstanding Architects.
  • Meeting with our preferred experienced mortgage professionals.
  • Consulting with our interior design professionals in our design center.
  • Reviewing details during scheduled meetings with your professional builder.

Evaluating Your Property

An initial step in the Build on Your Lot process is evaluating your property for potential development and construction issues. Please be prepared to address the following questions:

  1. Do you own your land, or is it financed?
  2. Has the soil been tested and engineered?
  3. Are there drainage and or topography issues?
  4. Is there adequate construction access?
  5. Do you currently have, or need?

  6. Do you have deed restrictions?
  7. Are there any site clearing issues?
